The Carnival of Circular Communication - Important Changes!
When I started the first round of the Carnival of Circular Communication I was so excited about it that I could hardly wait to get it up and running. Actually I was sure I had found the right formula, the perfect mix of requirements and the ideal structure. Having experienced how it evolved and the feedback received so far have I however arrived at the conclusion that a number of changes are a necessary.
